    Having trouble logging into the Cleary Online Library?

    THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN USING THE CLEARY LIBRARY SITE to ensure that you have full functionality of the library site:

    1. If you have trouble using Firefox, tryInternet Explorer
    2. Clear your browser cache and internet history
    3. Make sure the library site, http://library.cleary.edu is added to your Trusted Sites
    4. Make sure the library site is added to Pop-up settings and the option to Always Allow is chosen
    5. Make sure you are going to the "Off-Campus" area of the library page. The link is http://library.cleary.edu/login.
      • Your username is the first initial of your first name + up to the first 10 letters of your last name + the last three digits of your student number (example: ssmith123)
      • Your password is cleary PLUS your two digit birth month PLUS your two digit birthday. (If your birthday is January 1 then your password is cleary0101).
    6. If you are trying to access from offsite at work, check with your IT department to see if they have a proxy server and are blocking any internet traffic. Please ask them to allow this site if it is currently being blocked.
