Hello, and thanks for checking out the Cleary Library Research Guide. My name is Jane Ellen Innes and I'm the creator of this site. I am an instructional designer and the Director of University Libraries. My family and I live in the southeastern Washington (state). I return to the Michigan campuses 3-4 times per year.

I earned my bachelors degree in 1991, from an accelerated program offered through Regis University in Denver, Colorado. At the same time I was finishing my degree, I was working for the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). I earned my Master's in Information and Library Studies from the University of Michigan in 1992. While I was studying at the UM, I concentrated in health sciences librarianship and special librarianship. Before coming to Cleary, I was the Director of the Information Resource Center for the Michigan Peer Review Organization, and most recently I owned my own consulting business.
